1. What is Google Checkout? Why Shopforbattery.com used that?

Google Checkout is a check process which is developed by Google. Our website is fully integrated with Google Checkout and let google to handle all our transactions. We use google checkout because it is more secure. All customers' credit card information will be saved at google and Google will not release such information to sellers.

    2.   How to use Google Checkout?

Customers just need to add items to shopping cart and then click on the Google Checkout button within the view cart page. Our website will then send out the cart information to Google and then redirect the site to Google Checkout page. Inside the page you can login using your Google Checkout account if you already a Google Checkout customers. Or you may sign up for new Google Checkout account using your own email address. It is not necessary to use gmail address to sign up for Google Checkout account. After login to Google Checkout, just follow the instruction to complete the checkout process. That is it.

    3.   How long does Shopforbattery.com take to get your order after completing checkout process?

Once you complete the checkout process, we will received new order information immediately from Google and we will then process your order. Please allows 24 hours for us to ship out your order. Orders receive after 3:00 PM PST will be process on the next day.

    4.   How do we get order status?

Customers can login to your Google Checkout account anytime in order to check the order status. We will update all order status directly to Google including the Shipment tracking information.

    5.   What carrier will you use to ship my order?

Shopforbattery.com will use Fedex or US parcel service to deliver all shipments.

    6.   Does Shopforbattery.com accept PO Box  and APO address?

Yes, we accept PO box and APO address and will use only US parcel service to deliver the packages.

    7.   Does Shopforbattery.com shipped international orders?

Sorry, Shopforbattery.com does not currently ship international.

    8.   Is there any warranty on the items that carry by Shopforbattery.com?

Yes, all items carry by Shopforbattery.com come with 1 year manufacturer warranty.

 

    Technical Questions

    1.   What do I need to do for a new laptop battery?

We recommended all new laptop batteries to be charged for 12 hours before use.

    2.   Why my laptop battery life decrease as time past?

It is normal for a laptop battery life decrease as more and more cycles you run on your laptop battery. The estimate life for a laptop battery is around 1 year to 1 and a half year depends on how your use you laptop and how many cycles you run on your laptop battery.

 

    Item Return and Exchange Questions

    1.   How can I get refund on an order?

You have 7 days to request return on any item that purchase from Shopforbattery.com upon item received. No return will be allowed after 7 days. In order to request a return on an item, please send email us at rma@shopforbattery.com or goto contact us page to send request to us. Please provide the following informations with your request:

• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for return
• Serial number for the item that you want to return

Once we receive your request, we will then issue a RMA number and return instruction to you by email. You may then send back the item to us. Item will be refused if there is no RMA number issue previously. There will be 10% restock fee on all item return to us and shipping is not refundable. Customers have to pay all shipping fee for the item to ship back to Shopforbattery.com. Exception only if we ship the wrong item to the customers. Please allow 7 to 10 days to process your refund after we receive the return item.
